After a fateful accident you find yourself without memory.
Awakening after 6 months you meet your sister-in-law that
has tended to you after your accident.
In an effort to regain your memories you decide to take a world trip with your
wife and sister-in-law to places which had sentimental value to you in the past.
Will you be able to regain your memories and live happily ever after with your wife
or
will the new experiences that you're making with your sister-in-law
change the course of your life forever?

Are there only 2 endings, 1 for sister-in-law and one for wife? If so what would it take for a dlc with a 3rd ending where you end up with both?
On the devlog it says full game but on your Patreon it says there will be 10 episodes ? Is this still in development ?

you're correct. The full game is still in development and will feature 10 episodes.
The demo will include half of the game,therefore 5 episodes. We try to release an episode per week.
