Are there only 2 endings, 1 for sister-in-law and one for wife? If so what would it take for a dlc with a 3rd ending where you end up with both?
On the devlog it says full game but on your Patreon it says there will be 10 episodes ? Is this still in development ?

you're correct. The full game is still in development and will feature 10 episodes.
The demo will include half of the game,therefore 5 episodes. We try to release an episode per week.
